Domestic & international shipping

We currently offer shipping worldwide, however for customers outside of the following countries please contact us in advance and we will check shipping costs.

returns & exchanges

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange or offer a refund or store credit for the cost of goods (not including shipping fees) provided we are notified via miranday.designs@gmail.com within 5 business days of you receiving the goods. Fees and charges may apply for certain services (please see below).

Once we acknowledge your request, items must be returned within 10 business days in Australia or 20 business days worldwide from date of notification. If items are not returned within these time frames, only store credit notes will be issued. Please return goods to 138 Alexander Ave, Thomastown, VIC, Australia

Goods must not have been used, worn or damaged, is in its original packaging. If we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the goods.

Please note, we are unable to offer an exchange/refund on any custom made pieces, this includes accessories and undergarments.

FEEs & charges

If you are returning goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase and wish to exchange the value of goods for other items, you will be charged the cost of postage to resend the new selected goods back to you.

If you are returning goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase and wish to obtain a full refund on the value of goods, we may deduct an administration fee plus any bank or processing charges incurred. No fees or charges will be deducted if you obtain a store credit for the value of goods. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you are returning any goods because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective (Please read our product description carefully before purchase as some pieces are made from vintage fabrics that may contain imperfections), we will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the goods to us. Once we have received the goods and confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will replace and resend the goods at no extra cost, or provide a full refund in the original form of payment. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit note plus an additional 10% value for the inconvenience.

repairs & alternations

If you have purchased a Hanbok or accessory product from us at any point, we are happy to provide repairs free of charge. We believe your Hanbok should be worn for a long time, and it is normal for clothing to experience wear-and-tear. Whilst we are happy to offer repairs free of charge, we do not cover postage costs. If you are in need of repairs, please email us at miranday.designs@gmail.com to arrange a repair time and we can talk you through the process of sending it in & returns.

If you are wanting alterations to your Hanbok, this can include, but not limited to; lengthening, shortening, style change, taking the size in or out, fees and shipping charges may apply.
